We might not had a group of promising young lads who had the courage to cross ocean ablaze but we had the team with the commitment for the cause that genuinely fires them up.

Dee Hock once said and we remembered, "An organization, no matter how well designed, is only as good as the people who live and work in it." No organization ever created an innovation. People innovate, not companies. We have a cluster of individuals who can travel miles to recast, who can sacrifice their own well being for the cause of our work. You would have loved to hear this. But we don't believe in disseminating out of the world claims. We have a breed of contemporary and up to the minute individuals who dare to work in a team without losing their individual quirks.

The key to success we gradually found out was identifying, developing, and empowering the right people. The cutthroat competition in this rat race of media houses never attracted us from within because we were here with an idea of journalism with an approach. One of the functions of an organization, we realized, is to anticipate the future, so that those relationships can persist over time. Once an organization loses its spirit of pioneering and rests on its early work, its progress stops. We didn't just presented the information collected from the news agencies on our wall, but we had a wider approach. We focused on news with people's views and reviews. Our idea of communication was two-sided, feedback included.

Of course people advised to run the rating race since they said, future is web.) MoJo, aka, Mobile Journalism aided us provide our audience with the ultimate need without compromising with equipments. We decided to penetrate deeper to something that triggered the human impulse. We headed towards the untouched. It's said that if you want to change the culture, you will have to start by changing the organization. Rural journalism has become our brand new outlook. An organization needs to be constantly refreshed. This is our viewpoint to success. And by success we never mean in-market success. We mean our resemblance with the ideologies we laid foundation with.

We have the spark to provide you with what you relate to, with what you desire for, with what you believe in and with what can startle you.
